Here is the most recent feedback from my Lyft passengers for the week of May 19-25, 2017. While I always try very hard to make each ride a good experience for my Lyft riders, I’m definitely not perfect. Still the same, my rating of 4.98 for over 2,400 rides is something that I am proud of.
I want to make sure all of my Lyft passengers get safely to their destination as quickly as possible in a clean vehicle, with a super friendly driver. This past week 63 passengers gave me 5 stars and some left some very kind feedback – I do feel bad that I was not perfect for one rider and hope I can make that up to them in the future.
